NON FOOD VENDORS
If you are interested in being a non-food vendor or exhibitor please carefully read this information.
Pre-registration closes April 15, 2019. After that price will increase for spots and guarantee that spots will be available after the cut off will decrease. After you fill out this form, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and an invoice will be sent to you to pay online after you are approved. Or you can mail a check and the registration form to us directly at 328 S 2nd Ave Barstow, Ca 92311.
Vendor spaces once approved must submit application with remainder of necessary paperwork including permits and insurance policies by April 30, 2019 or space may be forfeited to next person in line. If you have any issues meeting this deadline, please contact Aaron at email@example.com prior to the deadline or April 30, 2019.
Vendor spaces are non-refundable or transferable after the cancellation deadline of April 30, 2019, any cancellation prior to the deadline of April 30, 2019 will forfeit their full deposit.
Spaces cannot be shared or split. Each vendor must have their own registration form filled out and submitted. Once approved for requested space size, booth size cannot be changed without approval and payment for the upgraded space is paid in full by the deadline. All spaces applications will be received on a first come first serve basis and given approval by the management staff at Barstow Show n’ Shine Only. Check in hours and instruction will be emailed out to approved vendors after registration and payment is accepted.
Due to weather there are no transfers, refunds or credits. (Rain or Shine event)

THESE SPACES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED!
ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED AND PROVIDE THE PROPER LICENSING NECESSARY TO OPERATE BY THE DEADLINES SET FORTH.
Maybe a vendor booth is too much for you and you would like to donate an item or a service for our raffle or display your banner. All donations can be dropped off with Aaron Salas at Darling's Legal Docs 328 S 2nd Ave Barstow or give us a call to arrange pickup (760) 265-3445.
This year we are offering 2.5X4 custom banner sponsors to be displayed at the show for $150.00. Please download the form below and email the form as well as your artwork to Aaron Salas at firstname.lastname@example.org.
